After about a year, the app that Sharper Image uses to allow me to view my smartcam would not allow me to log in and access what my smart cam is viewing. Sharper image tells me that because my camera is out of warranty they will not do anything.

Camera is fine; problem is their app. If it were still under warranty and I could produce the receipt to prove it, they said they would replace my smart camera with a tablet. A tablet? That did not make sense to me either.

I wanted a functional security camera. I already have a tablet and do not want another.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
