Sharper Image - Customer service ignores me

I have contacted customer service 4 times to find out where I can get some replacement batteries for my headphones.. They never even answered my email..oh wait, once they did reply with *please send me your order # so I can help you* I just need batteries.. Terrible customer service..actually NO customer service..
