ordered 6’ pop-up white flock Christmas tree w/30% off&free shipping. I got a green one.
Reordered. The 2nd delivery was kids monster vision goggles. The box had photo of goggles. Label said it was a tree!
Then would allow free shipping or 30% off as the “timeframe“ I finally was told that I would not be charged for shipping and I would get the 30% off. But got 22% off and free shipping. worst customer support, hold time, and the warehouse is messed up! finally got order, Jan 2.
I suggest you not order anything from Sharper Image… They are horrible with their customer support and their warehouse doesn’t pay any attention to what they’re supposed to ship.
Plus, they don’t want to refund you the full amount even though it was their error or offer you the same special discount you were supposed to get on the first order.Finally, on the third shipment, I was given the proper item… And I’m hoping I receive my second item full refund. Miserable company to work with.
What is wrong with this company? Instead of a white flocked collapsible Christmas tree, even though it states on the outside shipping label that that is what is inside, I first received the green colored one. Then they made me reorder the white tree a second time, and today a small box with monster vision goggles for kids arrived! Excuse me?
How is this even close to being a 6-foot white flocked collapsible Christmas tree? And then, to make things worse, I was on hold for 45 to 50 minutes before I actually got a live agent who didn't understand and barely spoke English! This is actually the third order because they made me order the white tree twice to ensure that I would get one, and I get these goggles instead! The first photo shows what the actual tree looks like, as I have one already.
The second photo is what they sent me, a green tree. Their third photo is the order that they tried to deliver to me today! Does that look like a tree to you?
I will never order another thing from this company! And hopefully, you won't either.

Unable to contact a customer service representative. Called repeatedly, on hold for more than 30 minutes, requested a call back as prompted by the automated system, never got a call back.
Tried 3 times over a 3-day period.
Also attempted to contact via the website as directed, nothing! Sharper Image has zero customer service!

I already wrote customer service cannot understand my email. Really stupid people.
All they care about is their orders. I don't want to receive any more emails. Tried corporate, no such place. Tried reaching a CEO, forget it.
Unsubscribing. All I do is get emails all day, every day. Sick of it. Not interested.
It's all crap anyway.
I would never order it from them. All foreigners, so I guess that's why they don't understand my email.

Not only did the person not do a good job in speaking with me about my order They then shipped the WRONG color tree!!!
I just had to spend 30 minutes on the phone with another customer service rep,trying to correct this!!! as well as the charges as I was promised free shipping on the product!I So I had to re-order a new tree and I will return the one thats coming to me Sharper image has so many negative reviews and I can see why!

The online store doesnt provide a clear invoice or what youre getting and where you want it shipped before you buy. Every other merchant Ive used online has done this.
So I lost almost 400$ on merchandise shipped to my old address.

The ink cartridge for my phone picture device is Brocken & I need more cartridges
My grandson was installing the ink cartridge and it broke and the ink leaked out. I have no more ink cartridges to replace for my device.

When I had received my order, I was sent a $25 gift card towards my next purchase. When I placed a new order online, it ignored this!
When I then spoke to an agent, she said that this applies only to those orders over $50. I said that I was no longer interested and that this was false advertising. (There were no conditions like this on the gift card)!!
Then she gave me a deal that I could not refuse! Sharper Image has a good reputation so I was really shocked at this ruse!

You charge me $4.99 a month for no reason I need to speak with somebody this is going on my credit card for no reason I really need to speak with somebody. You guys keep sending me in circles and its getting aggravating.

Help with digital clock
I had to return the digital clock because I noticedu piece missing in the stand that went on the back of the clock. It was defective when it was sent to me.
I called to send it back and they were going to charge me to send it back. I asked for a supervisor and finally they sent me a prepaid label. I am waiting for the new one, but I need for someone to tell me how to put the stand that makes it stand up into the small hole on the back. Please contact me with directions.
I went onto YouTube but theres nothing to show me how to put the stand on the back. I need your help.

Detest the ordering process. The person who helped my today was wonderful.
Yesterday I has a question about an item and I was told to go to a repair line.
The price was to be &1 and would be refunded. When I got to the site the price for help was $49. My bank sent me a fraud alert about this transaction. What kind of company is flagged fraudulent so quickly.
Sharper image has lost its credibility with me. It used to have a good reputation.

I am having the clock replaced due to a damaged stand on the back. Please give me directions on how to attach the stand as the book does not give directions. I will need the directions as my new replaced clock will be her soon.
