Correction: It wasn't $32+, instead it was $21.31, which includes tax, so the total I would have had to spend would be instead $43.31, with additional possible shipping and tax, as if I was so desperate for the product that I could not live without it, regardless of the price. Very sad. I was only trying to get my child the toy, to now be disappointed and now my daughter is likewise, as she heard me on the phone with the Sharper Image customer service rep...just upset to see what I thought was a reputable company disappoint as they did

This is just one experience. I purchased a Sharper Image DX-1 Micro drone for $32+ for my daughter at Toys R Us during their going out of business closeout.

One propeller to the drone wasn't working so I tried to return it to replace it, but they said all sales are final, but I stressed that I just want to replace it, not return it as the product didn't work. Any, they told me to contact the manufacturer and return it that way. So, I thought Okay, no big deal. However, when I contacted Sharper Image, they told me that they can sell me another one for $22.00, which would mean that the product will now cost me a total of $54, perhaps more now with added shipping and tax.

I said, that I just wanted to have it fixed or replaced, but they said that unfortunately, they cannot do anything about it because Toys R Us won't take it back...whatever the case. Of course in this case, it is because Toys R Us is in the middle of closing down its business. DeadSo, regardless of where someone buys a product of Sharper Image, other than perhaps their own website, it does not get fixed, replaced or returned, if purchased somewhere that won't take it back - is what I am left to believe? I don't understand where a product is purchased has anything to do with supporting your product.

I am partially glad that I had purchased one of the cheapest drones and with the very little Toys R Us discount in their closeout.

Warning, don't buy anything at Toys R Us, if apparently they are not taking back anything defective either, because you may end up with the same on any other company's policy, if you can return, fix or replace the product, just because Toys R Us won't take it back. Therefore, to me, frustrated and disappointed, and not choosing to use derogatory imogis, I'll just say that my "like" in both Sharper Image and Toys R Us is simply DeadDead

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Sharper Image Pros: Correction it was twenty one thirty one rather than thirty two.

Sharper Image Cons: That i could not get it replaced fixed or refunded.
