Sharper Image claims to offer FREE RETURNS. I logged on to the return portal for my "prepaid return label" only to find that they intended to deduct $11 for the return. I then called customer service.

After waiting on hold for 40 minutes, a customer service agent picks up and informs me that returns are only free if the item arrives damaged. I requested an exception. She told me she needed approval from her manager and then proceeded to disconnect the call instead of hitting the HOLD button. 45 minutes of my time wasted.

The reason I want to return this item is because on Sharper Image's website, the reviews are great. But as I waited for the delayed package delivery, I ran across awful reviews for the same exact product on Amazon. So Sharper Image is clearly filtering reviews in their favor.

This company is awful. I will never do business with them again.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $60.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Sharper Image Cons: Customer service, Price, Return policy, Value.
