I paid $96.51 for a DEFECTIVE Anti-fog Bluetooth Shower Mirror. This Company was open over Memorial Day Weekend, to take Customer money, but CLOSED for Customer Service or Returns!

Company Policy dictates you cannot even receive a replacement for defective merchandise, until they receive your return! They have MY MONEY, and I have nothing to show for it!

And NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!

The mirror NEVER would turn on, and it was VERY flimsy! I tried many different NEW batteries, to no avail.

I will NEVER buy from Sharper Image again! Garbage products and they couldnโ€™t care any LESS about the Customer Experience!
