I purchased a Sharper Image weighted, massaging heating pad. I didnt use it right away, because I moved twice and it was packed away.

When I finally used it, the heating pad worked fine. After using it twice, it stopped heating up.
I tried contacting Sharper image and could never reach a person to speak with about this issue. This is the most Ive ever paid for a heating pad and yet it didnt work after two physical uses. Im very disappointed with the heating pad and Sharper Image for making it so difficult to try to speak with someone.

It makes me think that you advertise potentially great products, but they dont last, and you dont want to speak with dissatisfied customers and represent your company. I have a traditional heating pad that my family has used for more than 30 years and it still works.

Yours didnt last right after I started using it. Bad product and worse customer service.

Received a Christmas gift we couldn't use and it has been a nightmare trying to get a store credit. After returning item and being assured we would get a credit (after telling them to please not refund the gift giver), they messed up and refunded her instead of giving us credit.

So now we have the embarrassment of explaining why we returned gift as well as no gift. When I asked what they could do about it, was basically told too bad, it's a done deal.

I even read them the email they sent me telling me I would be getting a store credit and they don't seem to care at all. Terrible customer service and you will wait on hold forever if you call them (with the most annoying messages coming through every few seconds that make no sense at all such as "Sorry, we are experiencing heavy call volume right now and your wait is under 2 minutes") after which you will wait another 30 minutes with the same or equally annoying messages coming at you.
