Ordered something online.It came in okay but it wasn't what I was looking for and I sent it back.
Then I called a week later and they acknowledged that they received it and said it would take 7-10 business days to show up as a credit to my account. That was a month ago. Called a few times since and they say I'll get a call back. Never got one.
Sent an e-mail to customer service and only got the bounce back reply that they would send an e-mail in 24-48 business hours.
Never got one.I would never buy for them again.
Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of headphones. Sharper Image needs to issue a full refund according to poster's claims.
