Ordered something online. It came in okay but it wasn't what I was looking for and I sent it back.

Then I called a week later and they acknowledged that they received it and said it would take 7-10 business days to show up as a credit to my account. That was a month ago. Called a few times since and they say I'll get a call back. Never got one.

Sent an e-mail to customer service and only got the bounce back reply that they would send an e-mail in 24-48 business hours.

Never got one. I would never buy for them again.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
