Worst customer Service

BuI ordered a photo vault for smartphone and received a picture keeper for PC and Mac. This was a Christmas gift sent to my son, who was out of state.

I paid $140 which included $17.95 for shipping. When it arrived it was in an envelope that was damaged. The item Packaging was also damaged. Not only was it the wrong item it might have been damaged in shipping.

When I reached out to customer service she said I ordered the wrong item and I could return it for credit but I would need to pay $14 for the return shipping. The next

Day my son sent me pictures of the picture

Keeper they sent him. So called customer again telling them they sent me the wrong item. They said its the same thing as the photo vault.

Which is false advertising! Plus It wasnt for smartphones. I finally got a credit of $105. They shorted my refund by $35.

I should have gotten a full refund or at least not paid for the return shipping as stated. They keep you on hold for a long time, if they even answer.

This company Is ripping people off. What a scam!!

Terrible customer service

Ordered heated indoor/outdoor drawstring slippers for Christmas gift. One shoe wouldn't turn on, one battery pack wouldn't stay turned on. Called customer service to return shoes and get new pair sent.they said had to send shoes back first then they would send new ones.sent back bad shoes and waited two weeks after tracking said they arrived ,no word from sharper image. Called them they said credited back and can reordering I want. So no Christmas and no more sharper image.

Received response setting delivery date as earlier this month but the UPS Code says it hasn't left the factory. That's another statement that is concerning. Am I going to receive this item (it's posted on my credit card) and will it be here by Xmas???

Poor customer service

Returned an item that was damaged. We opened the shipping box that had no damage to it. The item we ordered was damaged despite this. It leads me to believe it was damaged before they shipped it. Our attempts at returning it for a replacement is a story for another review. I will never do business with Sharper Image again.

Returned ord50726****. And wanted exchange. But haven't seen anything show up. So what's happening

First off when prompted to talk to a customer service rep. Your phone system goes silent and no one ever answers. My problem ORD50726**** was recd, I ordered the right size, but later saw the disclaimer that they run small. Beyond the wrong size the product showed up without batteries. Instead it had two power packs enclosed. So I returned them fed ex # 287431****31. You recd that on 12/20/21. Its now 1/06/22 and Ive as of yet recd my replacement in size xl. So when or if I I going to recd my slippers, if Im not going to recd them. Then Ill need a refund Brian

Gift card

I placed an order (#ORD50725****) and received a gift card via email #HBB5FPAYHZH. When I tried to go back into it the email was gone. To use this gift card will all I have to do is enter the # somewhere on the order? BTW your customer service numbers suck. I called all 3 and was moved to many screens that told if I wanted to speak with a rep. to push 4. Then NOTHING. So I went on line, told them what i needed and was told to pay $1 (refundable??) and fill out a form to get questions answered. Push the button to the right of the screen ( oops , no button!) I am a return customer, but right now I have some serious doubts that I will purchase from you again if I have to go through all this hassle to get what you said I have coming.

Double charge

My account was double charged for a product I didn't order. Tried calling customer service and of course I couldn't get through to anyone and all of a sudden they were experiencing a high call volume? They could answer the phone if I was ordering something but if i need help with an order or return no one was available.

Never received order

Spent untold time on numerous phone calls. Seems they sent my order to women in California. I live in NJ. Customer service says theyll resolve the problem and call me back. They never called me back. Just want a refund at this point, but cant reach anyone at customer service without incredible wait. Sharper image is very messed up.

Refund

I never received my order. It shows delivered and I never got it. Order # ORD50680****. I live in a house and work from home. I work where I can see out the front and see all deliveries. Nothing. Neighbors for 30 years and nothing. These were bday presents for family. Bday has passed. I went and bought other gifts. I want an immediate refund for all. Very pissed I have called and been hung up on and then cant get they for days. This is frustrating. Lawyer is ready to start legal action against you Aaron Osborne

Product no longer works

This is the second sharper image heating pad that I have bought within the last year. This is also the second sharper image heating pad that just stopped suddenly. Contacting someone did not work. Fool me once shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me.

False and Misleading Claim of "Free Shipping" until too late to cancel

Yesterday I was looking at their pool vacuum but decided not to purchase because shipping was $11.00. Today I got an email that they were offering "free shipping" on the item as a promotion. I decided to order. AFTER I had put in my credit card information and advance to the final page, I saw that they had added shipping. While I hate the inconvenience of returning, I will NOT the item.

Received my order and a part was missing, the power supply! Tried to return for a replacement and it was out of stock. Requested a refund and was told I would get $20 less than paid! I want a full refund and a return shipping label. Plus, the item was scratched and looked used. It was probably returned (with part missing) and sent to me. I have the packing list from the other customer which was included in the shipping box. I went to the customer service site to chat and could not chat because they wanted me to pay $5 and sign up for a trial membership!!!! Ridiculous!

Cheaply made product that does not work properly at all. This was an epic fail right out of the box. The controls are poorly labeled and difficult to see. The instructions that came with it are printed in a microscopically small sized font that is impossible to read.

The product does not work as advertised. The feature that is supposed to automatically break the recording up into separate files containing individual tracks was useless. It never worked. Even in manual mode, not a single recording created was acceptable, as each one contained "skips." I tried at least 4 different cassette tapes, and the effect was always the same.

The device even "ate" and completely destroyed one of those cassette tapes, which is now completely useless. After attempting to create MP3's from at least 4 different cassette tapes with no success whatsoever, I gave up and returned the piece of junk. The return was even a disaster, as the company did not credit the correct amount to my form of payment.

When I brought this to their attention, customer service was slow to respond, and when they did, they again screwed up the amount of the credit. I will never purchase another product from this company.CompCC
